KSC Outing Club is heading to Waterville Valley from Monday, March 2nd to Wednesday, March 5th — please note that this trip runs Monday through Wednesday.
There are 18 spots available, and participants will be selected from all sign-ups based on a variety of criteria.
Sign-ups close: Sunday, February 15th at midnight
Notification: An email will be sent by Monday, February 16th to confirm your spot or provide waitlist information.

This is a 2-night, 3-day trip to Waterville Valley from March 2–4 to assist with the New Hampshire Special Olympics competition. The Special Olympics organization has generously provided special lodging near the mountain, free lift tickets for participants, and many additional perks.
Scholarships are available to cover the trip cost, but not the sweatshirt price.
Please note that signing up on this form does not guarantee a spot. Final participant selection will be based on skiing/snowboarding proficiency and a demonstrated interest in supporting the Special Olympics.
Packing List:
Skiis/snowboard (including all gear related; A HELMET)
Outdoor clothes (snowpants, jacket, gloves, etc.)
A nice outfit for dinner
Pajamas
Medications (an overnight trip so anything you might need!)
Blankets/pillow (these will be provided but you can bring your own)
While skiing and snowboarding are a big part of this trip, there are plenty of other roles available as well! Opportunities include snowshoeing, assisting with award ceremonies, helping with volunteer check-in, supporting food service for volunteers, and more.
Pre Trip Meeting:
If you are selected for this trip, there will be a required pre-trip meeting that all volunteers must attend. This meeting will cover important trip details, including the day-to-day itinerary, volunteer roles, and other essential information.
