On-Campus Fall Equinox Hike

Join us for a reflective Fall Equinox Nature Walk on the Keene campus, where we’ll pause to notice the turning of the season and what it offers us. The equinox is a moment of balance—day and night in equal measure—and together we’ll reflect on what balance looks like in our own lives. As the trees begin to shed their leaves, we’ll also explore the theme of letting go, considering what we might release in order to make space for new growth. Finally, we’ll walk with intention, marking this seasonal transition as an opportunity to move forward thoughtfully, aligning our own rhythms with the natural cycles around us.

To carry this reflection with you, we’ll be making small goodie bags with tokens of the season—such as a journal for capturing thoughts, a tea bag, and an affirmation card—to remind you of balance, letting go, and intentional transition long after the walk ends.
